Your office is very difficult to work with! I have been trying to make a n appt with audiology. I been placed on terminal hold multiple times and after requesting a callback have heard nothing.

Waited over an hour past my appointment time to be seen. Doctors are the only people who can charge you for being late but are late themselves every time. They need to start being held accountable and pay a late fee themselves.

I’m writing regarding the charges on my account, as I noticed some discrepancies between what my insurance indicated and the amounts billed by your office.

The total charges appear significantly higher than expected. My understanding is that follow-up visits typically do not cost even $50, but over $200, which is why I was surprised by the billing.

On my first visit, I paid $40.80 at the counter. During my follow-up visit, I was informed that I had a balance of $443.65, which I paid because I had completed the hearing test and assumed the charges were correct.

However, after reviewing my insurance statement for the second follow-up visit, I noticed additional charges that were not explained to me. This does not seem accurate or fair.

Could you please review my account and clarify these charges? If any amount was billed incorrectly, I would appreciate a refund for the overcharged amount.

This practice reached out to me the day I was referred to schedule an appointment. The quick reach out assured me that patient care is their priority.

Dr. Moline was very patient and took the time to answer all my questions and listen to all of my concerns. On the way out, Monica, who had scheduled my appointment, introduced herself, recalling our phone conversation from days earlier. It blew me away that she remembered. Needless to say, the friendliness and concern for the well-being of their patients are top-notch. I would recommend this practice.

I have had three surgeries two of them with Dr. Merrell and he has been a top-notch physician, taking care of my issues The entire staff has been exemplary meeting all of my needs, answering my questions during follow-ups. I highly recommend Dr. Merrell and his staff.

Wow, very grateful for the amazing care on two occasions over the last year from all staff at this office.

Most recently I spoke with Shelly and explained concerns about symptoms that have persisted six months after a sinus infection as well a change of insurance that might pose a billing problem depending on when I could get an appointment. Shelly was so empathetic and genuinely concerned about my issue. And miraculously she got me an appointment the very next morning that would still be covered by the soon-to-be-expired insurance.

I was seen by the same PA Colby Crawford as the first visit. His bedside manner is very professional but relaxed and friendly. I appreciated his explanation of the exam results and his appreciation for my desire to avoid pharmaceuticals as much as possible.

Highly recommended, and grateful to have these folks as an ally in my health.

The environment was clean and peaceful. Nurses were courteous, respectful, and cordially answered the questions I had. The doctor attentively and cheerfully attended to me. He calmly listened to my complaints and adequately offered options of treatments that will be helpful in reducing, if not curing my ailment. Everything was done on time.

Both Dr. Molina and his assistant Meekam (sp?) were very professional and personable. The procedure went exactly like it was described to me. The office is in a good location, for Grand Junction. No issues with nose bleeds, since my visit.

I had a pair of Resound hearing aids and the left one quit working. I also had an appointment for a sinus problem. So let me start with hearing aids. I talked with a lady that that was great with hearing aids. She took both of them and said she would check them out. A short while later she came back with both of them. Low and behold she fixed the left one and put new domes on both of them! Plus a few extra domes. What's amazing her saying that it's all good. Why? To help someone out. That alone is worth giving them an opportunity for new hearing aids. But it takes time and effort to do what she did. So I saw a plaque that the hearing department was awarded and it is in the pictures.

I have been having bad sinus problems for a few months and met with Dr. Scott. Gvae some antibiotics and a nasal spray. Hoping it all works but I agreed if not to do a CAT scan after a month.

Either way I recommend this practice for ENT. I will go back to them anytime I need this kind of service.

I was in a few months ago to have them find a dome in my ear and remove it.

Great staff a place you can trust.
